This is cut on Cat tape (double sided tape) Panther Armor Cat scratch Deterrent tape (or other brand if not available at the time). These are generally used for Bursts (Glitter by number with out numbers) they can also be colored with mica powder or colored sand.

In order to cut these properly, I need the size that you want it cut, based on the measurements of the object that you’re using. I need to know the exact measurements that you want the image cut.
Keep in mind if you want to apply the tape after epoxy I need the measurements of the object with the epoxy on it.
Without these measurements you won’t be able to get the “seamless” design because the image won’t line up.
