REFUNDS
SHIPPABLE ITEMS
Returns/Refunds Refunds for standard items that have not been shipped will be charged a restocking fee $5.00 per retuned Item.
Refunds for custom orders will only be issued if the commissioned work has not been started.
Refunds for items that have shipped will only be issued if the item has been damaged in the mail or defective.
I keep all of my clients up dated on the progress of their item and do not move on without their approval.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
